2005年2月5日、シアトル・マリナーズのイチローは、エンジェルス戦の7回表にビッグプレーを見せた。ギャレット・アンダーソンのライトへの大飛球に反応し、フェンスに近づきながらバックハンドでスーパーキャッチを披露。それを見た観客も実況も大興奮。アンダーソンの２ランホームランは幻となった。

Does anyone remember a play where Ichiro was in center field and he made a spider-man over the shoulder catch? Like Willie Mays style but he stuck his feet in the wall. I remember it flipped his cap around. I can’t find it anywhere.
